Data protection for personal data processed through the Workshop

We will process your data under the following legal basis and for the following purpose:

To manage your inscription and participation in AMU-LED Wokshop where some interested topics related to Air Mobility Urban will be discussed and obtain from interactions during the AMU-LED Workshop some conclusions that may help everis to perform analysis, researches and investigations in the framework of the AMU-LED project. We may also contact you in case we need explanations or more information regarding your opinions on Air Mobility Urban subject.

Data processing activity are legitimated by the consent you may freely give by registering for the AMU-LED Workshop.

Your identification and contact details have been provided by the company you work for by indicating that you are the right person to receive this AMU-LED Workshop invitation.

We may also process other information that you may directly provide us by filling Workshop registration form. The data we will process if you voluntarily decides to participate in AMU-LED Workshop is: name, work e-mail address, position held, country, and other professional contact information related to your professional activity or with the professional activity of your company or organization. Additionally we may process your voice and image as the AMU-LED Workshop will be recorded for its review and to work on AMU-LED reports.

Personal data will be stored for the duration of the project and will be deleted after the end of the project. Any information provided in the questionnaires related to the project will be kept anonymised for 5 years after the end of the project.

Everis undertakes to use your data only for the purposes described above and not to disclose them to third parties except to AMU-LED Consortium members as long as they need access to that information for the development of the investigations and researches.  

We may only publicly communicate the reports and conclusions of AMU-LED’s studies and researches, without including participant’s personal data. In this sense AMU-LED reports are completely anonymous.

We are committed to keeping personal data secure, taking all reasonable precautions to do so. We implement all necessary organizational and technical measures in accordance with current regulations against any unauthorized access and modification, disclosure, loss or destruction.

You may at any time revoke the consent granted. Once you exercise your revocation, which will not have retroactive unless legal provisions so require, your data may be kept locked during the time limits established by applicable regulations. Likewise, you may ask everis for confirmation about whether your personal data are being processed and, if so, access them. You may also request the correction of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request removal when, among other reasons, the data are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected.

Under certain circumstances, you may request limited data processing, in which case we will only save them to make requests and claims. You may also oppose the processing of your data, in which case the data will not be processed, except for compelling legitimate grounds or for exercising or defending any claims. Finally, where appropriate, you may exercise the right of portability so data can be transferred electronically or sent to another entity.
